Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Eyza Teknoloji Ses ve Görüntü Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. (“the Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below.
When you contact us through the contact and quotation form on our website, by e-mail or by phone, the following data is processed:

Forum messages are published publicly; please do not share personal data in your messages. You can delete your account at any time on the My Account page; your forum messages then remain under the name “Deleted member”. We send new product and software announcements by e-mail only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw on the My Account page.
When you place an order on our website, your name, Turkish ID or tax number, tax office, address, phone number and e-mail address are processed for invoicing and delivery. This processing is based on the conclusion and performance of the contract and on our obligations under tax law; order records are kept for the period required by law (10 years).
For card payments, your card details are processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. and never reach our servers. Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier for delivery.
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), enabling the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation (ç), and being necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
Your personal data is collected electronically, by fully or partially automated means, through the form on our website, e-mail and telephone.
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with the suppliers from whom we obtain web hosting and e-mail services and, on request, with authorised public institutions. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

If you contact us from the European Union or the European Economic Area, the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Eyza Teknoloji Ses ve Görüntü Sistemleri Ltd. Şti., İvedik OSB Mah. 1551 Cad. Yapı Park Ticaret Merkezi No:35/33, Yenimahalle / Ankara, Türkiye.
We process your personal data on the basis of GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in website security and preventing misuse).
Your data is processed in Türkiye. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Türkiye; the transfer takes place under GDPR Art. 49(1)(b) because it is necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Our web hosting and e-mail service providers process data only on our instructions and under contract.
We keep your personal data until your request has been dealt with and thereafter for the statutory retention periods for business correspondence; after that it is deleted.
